Facilitated events at Lamppost Farm: designed to give participants hands-on experiences-- opportunities to draw near. This could include all sorts of farm-life activities: whole-farm educational tours, raising chickens 101, harvesting vegetables and herbs for culinary and medicinal purposes, creating meals from start to finish, refinishing furniture, maintaining a compost pile, etc. With 30 years of experience in leadership development, your experience could also include topics such as group dynamics, staff relations and organizational management, team-building and play! We have hosted corporate trainings, youth groups, community service projects, family reunions, company picnics and even birthday parties! Whatever you need, we are willing to create a dynamic and educational experience for all ages.
